Scrambled Eggs
Ingredients
2 15 ml Everything Garlic
1 30 ml Red Pepper Chopped
1 30 ml Yellow cooking Onion Diced
2 Regular Mushrooms (Any mushroom can be used)
1 Green Onion Sliced
3 Large Eggs
2 Slices White or Brown Bread
or your bread of choosing
Directions
- Heat Frying pan on medium heat, add Eveything Garlic, saute for 2 minutes
- add the diced onion cook until transparent
- Add in the red pepper and mushrooms and saute for another 3 minutes
- Add the whipped eggs and green onions cook until light and fluffy
- Turn down the temperature and put your bread in for toast.
- Stir the scrambled eggs, don’t forget them…until light and fluffy.
- Butter the toast and place the eggs on the plate with the toast
