Scrambled Eggs

2 15 ml Everything Garlic
1 30 ml Red Pepper Chopped
1 30 ml Yellow cooking Onion Diced
2 Regular Mushrooms (Any mushroom can be used)
1 Green Onion Sliced
3 Large Eggs
2 Slices White or Brown Bread
or your bread of choosing


  1. Heat Frying pan on medium heat, add Eveything Garlic, saute for 2 minutes
  2. add the diced onion cook until transparent
  3. Add in the red pepper and mushrooms and saute for another 3 minutes
  4. Add the whipped eggs and green onions cook until light and fluffy
  5. Turn down the temperature and put your bread in for toast.
  6. Stir the scrambled eggs, don't forget them...until light and fluffy.
  7. Butter the toast and place the eggs on the plate with the toast
