Turkey Burger
Ingredients
2 Lb Ground Turkey
2 Tsp Basil Pesto
0.25 cup Spanish Onion
1 Tbsp Everything Garlic
1 Ea. Raw egg
1 1/2 Tbsp Sundried Tomatoes (Diced Small)
1/3 Cup Bread Crumbs
1/4 Tsp Salt
1/4 Tsp Black Pepper
Directions
- Place the ground Turkey in a mixing bowl
- Add the Onion, Sundried Tomatoes, and mix together
- Add the egg, salt, pepper, mix well
- add the breadcrumbs, mix well.
- Cover with Saran wrap
- Place in fridge for 2 -3 hours or overnight (This will allow the ingredients to come together. If you have a scale weigh out 5- 8 oz patties. If you desire a smaller patty the recipe will make 8-6 oz patties.
