2 Lb Ground Turkey
2 Tsp Basil Pesto
0.25 cup Spanish Onion
1 Tbsp Everything Garlic
1 Ea. Raw egg
1 1/2 Tbsp Sundried Tomatoes (Diced Small)
1/3 Cup Bread Crumbs
1/4 Tsp Salt
1/4 Tsp Black Pepper


  1. Place the ground Turkey in a mixing bowl
  2. Add the Onion, Sundried Tomatoes, and mix together
  3. Add the egg, salt, pepper, mix well
  4. add the breadcrumbs, mix well.
  5. Cover with Saran wrap
  6. Place in fridge for 2 -3 hours or overnight (This will allow the ingredients to come together. If you have a scale weigh out 5- 8 oz patties. If you desire a smaller patty the recipe will make 8-6 oz patties.
